What are the first symptoms of pregnancy?

Pregnancy is the state in which a female carries a developing embryo or fetus within her uterus, typically following fertilization of an egg by sperm during sexual intercourse. During pregnancy, significant physiological and hormonal changes occur in the mother’s body to support the growth and development of the fetus, leading to the eventual birth of a baby.
